Standard Processing Times for Items
All standard items are processed within 4 days and sent to the warehouse for shipping. To expedite your order, we offer priority processing to ensure your product is shipped within 48 hours or 2 business days.

Processing Times for Custom Items
Processing times for custom orders vary depending on the level of detail required for the product. Please refer to the individual product pages to determine the applicable processing and production times.

Shipping Times
For orders over 59.95 CHF, we offer free worldwide shipping; otherwise, the standard shipping fee is 5.95 CHF.

Estimated standard shipping times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days*

  • Europe: 1–2 weeks*

  • United States: 1–2 weeks*

  • Middle East: 3 weeks*

  • Central Asia: 3 weeks*

  • Australia and New Zealand: 2–4 weeks*

  • South America: 2–5 weeks*

*Estimated delivery times are “estimates” based on current shipping performance and should not be considered guaranteed. We strive to ensure the shipping process is as efficient as possible. However, in the event of a delayed delivery, we do not offer refunds. Due to the costs involved, we currently do not offer express shipping options.

Shipping Taxes
Since we use a premium shipping method, all taxes are included, so you do not need to pay anything upon receiving your products.
