Order Processing

Standard Processing:
All orders are processed within up to 4 business days before being sent to our warehouse for dispatch.

Priority Processing:
We offer an optional priority service that ensures your order is dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days).

Custom Items:
Personalized or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Each product page specifies the exact processing timeline.

Shipping Zones & Rates

We currently ship worldwide and operate with two shipping categories based on destination.

1. Free Shipping (Orders Over 59.95 CHF)

Free shipping is available for orders equal to or above 59.95 CHF to over 50 countries, including:

Europe (Most Countries)

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Additional Free-Shipping Countries

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, United States, Canada.

Other Countries Included

Albania, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Georgia, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, North Macedonia, Montenegro, San Marino, Serbia, Moldova, Vatican City, Russia, Ukraine.

The list above exactly matches our Shopify shipping configuration.

2. International Shipping (Flat Rate – 7.95 CHF)

For all destinations not included in the free-shipping zone, we charge a flat rate of:

  • USA & Canada: 1–2 weeks

  • Switzerland: 4–10 business days

  • Asia / Australia / Middle East: 2–4 weeks
